End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and the developer of YTube : Video Player.

By downloading, installing, or using this application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

 2. App Functionality

YTube : Video Player is a video player that allows users to play and manage video content through an in-app interface. The app provides playback controls and watchlist features for user convenience.

YTube : Video Player does not host, upload, store, or download any videos to the user’s device.

All content is accessed from publicly available sources via standard web-based methods.

The app only facilitates playback and does not claim ownership of any content.

 4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for how you use the app.

 5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

 • Copy, modify, or distribute the application

 • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

 • Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

 6. Third-Party Services

The app may display or access content provided by third-party services.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such services.

 7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, if you violate this Agreement.

 8. Disclaimer

 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

 10. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
